Rosemount is a city located in Dakota County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 14,619. Rosemount is home to the Pine Bend Refinery, owned by Flint Hills Resources, which is the largest oil refinery in Minnesota and the 14th-largest in the United States. (More Info and Source)
